There are times in our lives that we may feel immobile or unaware of what our next move may be. Growth can sometimes be a scary concept as it requires nourishment and the ability to step out of your comfort level and take new paths in life. I am a strong believer in relationships and utilizing the relationships around you in order to promote positive growth and get you where you are wanting to go.
In my practice, I offer individual, couples and family counseling for youth and adults. As a qualified clinician I utilize a variety of counseling methods and tools designed to assist you in creating the life and growth that you want and deserve. I provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals and families to discuss their innermost conflicts, concerns and feelings. Together, everyone involved will work to identify and enhance strengths and achieve goals to resolve problems. Counseling services are also available in Spanish.
I am currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, United Healthcare, Magellan and Multiplan. Services can also be offered on a sliding scale so please call to inquire.
